Founded by Bikila Gadisa, Walal Coffee is built on a three-generation family legacy in coffee production. More than three decades ago, our father began planting and cultivating coffee in the highlands of Kellem Wollega, passing down his knowledge, values, and deep connection to the land through generations. The farm we proudly operate today was originally planted and nurtured by him, becoming the foundation of our journey.

Growing up surrounded by coffee farming, we inherited not only the craft of producing quality coffee, but also a strong respect for nature, community, and tradition. Today, Walal Coffee continues this family heritage by sharing coffees rooted in history, authenticity, and the rich origin of Ethiopian Arabica with the global specialty coffee market.
